Q: What do I need in the way of tools and equipment to install the stand?
A: The stand can be installed with the bike on its original side stand with a ¾ inch wrench. All the required hardware is included and the instructions are very easy to understand. (Click here to watch the installation video)

Q: Do I have to remove my original side stand to use the EZ-UP stand?
A: The original jiffy stand is left on and still fully functional.

Q: I have my floor boards mounted in the lowest mounting holes on my frame; will the foot lever clear the foot boards?
A: Yes the foot lever is positioned to clear the foot boards or foot pegs when mounted in the lowest position. In fact the foot lever is inboard of the crash bars. Both bikes used for pictures on this web site have the foot boards/pegs in the lowered position.

Q: I have seen NEW EZ-Up center stands offered on eBay or other online auctions for less than MSRP. Is this your stand and does it have the same features and warranty as the one you offer for more money? Is this a good deal?
A: No it will not be covered by our warranty. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser when bought through an authorized dealer or from Wheeldock directly. Also be sure to read the return and exchange policies of any eBay offerings, as most will add the shipping charges to their advertised prices. (We include shipping in our advertised center stand prices).

Also, should you require an exchange for a different size, it will be necessary to work through the place where you purchased your stand. In most cases, eBay sellers cannot offer much help, or advice on the installation or operation of our stand, and do not even stock our stands and have no installation experience.
