Mounting the Wheeldock chock on a piece of plywood 3/4 inch thick
- Keeps the freestanding chock from moving around when used frequently
- Even more, stability when using the chock for motorcycle maintenance
- Allows for various mounting options when drilling 9/16” holes in the deck is not an option
Cut the supplied 1/2-13 bolts approximately 5/8” long (so they won’t protrude from the bottom of the plywood) and mount the T-Nuts from the bottom of the plywood. The T-Nuts will embed themselves in the plywood so it will set flat when in use.
